Two parties are telling different sides of the story. But each have a part of their stories quite unexplainable that you may doubt if it's true or not.
Vhong Navarro claims he never attempted to rape Denise and he is the real victim to this incident(as it is clear after suffering from brutal punches he is already a victim there). He also claims he was threatened that he and his family will get killed if this one's went to media and forced to signed in a blotter reported at Taguig and they asked him for money.
While on the other hand Denise claims that she is the real victim and she was attempted to rape by the actor and Cedric Lee and his group just rescued the victim and punished Vhong Navarro.
I am not actually a big fan of Vhong Navarro and I never heard of Denise as well but as a viewer we all have our opinions, but before we conclude who's wrong or who's right let's take a closer at every important details said by the two parties that you may doubt if it's true or not.
Vhong Navarro's side:
He claims that he was asked to give money to the people who threatened him, first it starts off with 200-500 thousand pesos until they reach 2 million and agreed for 1 million pesos. This one pretty doubtful because Cedric Lee is a businessman and a type of powerful person, they are also other people in the group who attacked him, so 1 million is not that big for people who are actually rich and asked for money like that. But maybe there's another reason for this as reading from different articles Cedric Lee's business is not that profitable at all.
At the police station when Vhong Navarro claims he was forced to sign into a blotter report that he attempted to rape Dennis. For this one, Vhong already has the chance to save himself and ask for help from police officers and have a statement for his side as well but he never did. He said he was afraid because he was threatened that he and his family will get killed if he tries to tell his story. Maybe police officers aren't doing their job because he was brutally punished and they never even run him to the hospital, are they paid by the group of Cedric Lee?
Denise and Cedric Lee's side:
Denise claims that she was attempted to rape by Vhong Navarro, and that group of Cedric caught Vhong Navarro already at the top of Denise and he was already naked. This one isn't true at all, how could a rapist make himself naked first, with the victim still with clothes? And if he is trying to rape Denise, then why the door was not locked and Cedric and his group got inside the condo that easily? One thing is why there is a duct tape already in there?
Denise said that Vhong and her are only friends and she only considers the actor as an older brother and never got a communication for two years. If Denise was a descent person why she displayed some motive for Vhong Navarro to think she wants them together in bed. And in the first place she let Vhong Navarro to go inside her Condo thinking that there is nobody there between the two.
They went into the police station and makes a blotter report against Vhong but Denise didn't continue to file a complaint against Vhong instead she backed out. This one's pretty black and white, if she was really a rape victim then what's the point of backing out? They drag Vhong into the police station then suddenly they will not complain anymore? What's the point?
Both parties tell their story to the media, Vhong Navarro's statement quite is quite believing not because he is an actor(because I really don't agree that he is good in acting) because you can see the sincerity on his eyes, the fear for the safety of his family and his career. While on the other hand as other says about Denise Cornejo's interview on several TV networks they're not convince that she is a victim of rape and words that she say are like scripted and memorized, same with Cedric Lee.
We really don't have the right to judge if someone is wrong or right because we never saw what really happened, but we all have our opinions as viewers and sometimes the truth are visible to the naked eye.
